Sunday, August 26, 2018 Morning – Opening Ceremonies
Location: Hyatt Hotel
Followed by the Parade of Nations to the BMO Centre and the IAWP Awards Ceremony.
Evening – Welcome Reception at YouthLink 
Location: Calgary Police Interpretive Centre
Starts at 1800 hrs; admission is $20.00 through Eventbrite (only 300 delegates will be able to attend)
Monday, August 27, 2018 Cultural Day
Location: BMO Centre (conference venue)
Delegates and guests are invited to dress in their cultural dress or uniforms. Photographers will be available all day.
Tuesday, August 28, 2018 Host Night (Alaska)
Location: soon to be announced
Wednesday, August 29, 2018 Gala Evening
Location: Girletz Rodeo Ranch
Guests will arrive at the ranch at approx. 6:00 pm and can stay until closing until approx. 12:30 am. Transportation will be provided and will pick up/drop off guests at their hotels. A shuttle will also be available to transport guests back to their hotels throughout the evening. Guests participating in the Companion Tours will have enough time to get ready after the tour ends to make it to the Gala Evening on time.
