YouthLink Welcome Reception

Join IAWP 2018 for a welcome reception at the YouthLink Calgary Police Interpretive Centre on Sunday August 26th, 2018 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.

Experience Western hospitality at the YouthLink police museum, which is unlike any other in North America and contains unique and immersive exhibits. YouthLink is home to Alberta’s largest collection of police artifacts that has ever been on display for public view and has a life-size replica of the HAWCS helicopter. The welcome event exposes you to the expansive history of policing, state of the art exhibits, and hands on education. Enjoy provided appetizers and beverages as you view exhibits on forensics, drugs, gangs, and the evolution of policing.

Some specialty unit exhibits include:

  • HAWC Helicopter Simulator
  • Patrol Vehicles
  • K9 Unit
  • Tactical Unit

Enjoy this one of a kind experience in an intimate setting with a limit of 300 attendees. Transportation is included.
